No, accreditation is awarded to a service and not able to be transferred to a different service. If a service changes organisations, a new registration and assessment will be required to be accredited.
If an accredited service changes their setup, eg merges with another service, they will need to have a triggered assessment. It is the responsibility of the accredited service to notify the programme of any changes.
