The site assessment day is a full day activity that involves service presentation, site tour and interview with service staff. Here is an example agenda of an assessment day. This agenda is flexible and slots can be moved around to accommodate your service. The administrator/point of contact for your assessment will assist with scheduling the assessment day once your assessment date has been confirmed.

You will receive a provisional outcome in your feedback meeting on your site assessment day, this will be subject to quality assurance.

No, please only book your site assessment once your building works have been completed.

There are three possible outcomes of an accreditation assessment; accreditation awarded, accreditation not awarded or accreditation deferred.
