Introduction to the Improving Quality in Liver Services (IQILS) accreditation 
Thursday 21 November | 10-10.40am

The Improving Quality in Liver Services (IQILS) accreditation programme was launched in 2017 by the Royal College of Physicians and is designed to support improvement in liver services in the UK.

Accreditation promotes quality improvement through highlighting areas of best practice and areas for change, encouraging the continued development of the clinical service. 

This session will cover:

- what accreditation is and how it can add value to your service

- the process and logistics involved in accreditation 

- the benefits of registering 


 

Accreditation Unit - website demonstrations
Friday 6 December | 9-10am

The Accreditation Unit will be hosting a series of sessions for all registered services who would like support with using the programme website. These sessions will include; setting up your team, uploading evidence, accessing resources and requesting an assessment.  


IQILS support sessions

The IQILS programme will be hosting a series of support sessions to assist services on their accreditation journey.

Submitting an annual review
Wednesday 11 September | 9–9.40am

We will be hosting a session aimed at accredited services who will be submitting an annual review. We recommend this session for any service who will have an annual review due in the next 6 months.  

Preparing for level 2
Monday 7 October | 2–2.40pm 

We will be holding a session aimed at services preparing to submit against the level 2 standards.

This would be useful for any services who are preparing to submit in the next 6 months.

Preparing for level 1
Tuesday 19 November | 2–2.40pm

We will be holding a session aimed at services preparing to submit against the level 1 standards.

This would be useful for any service who are preparing to submit in the next 6 months to join.
